*1HR. class session. IAMCHARDE all-in-one 1HR ADVANCED Stretch class is a head-to-toe stretch experience using a combination of IAMCHARDE stretchbands, sliders and stretch blocks. Also including use of wall stretching and bodyweight stretch movements. Effective for intermediate fitness levels and ages 6 + . This class will help reduce tightness while stretching, hyperextend current flexibility, as well as improve posture and back flexibility. The benefits of this class transfer to everyday life as well as dance style-cheer performance. *Class focus | split training, needle + back flexibility.
